Driver Qualifications
STC has implemented the following minimum driver qualification requirements. STC reserves the right to amend or modify driver requirements at any time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 22 years old
• Class A CDL with X Endorsement
• TWIC Card
• No more than two moving violations in last three years
• No preventable/chargeable accidents in last three years.
• At least one (1) year tanker tractor trailer or (2) years tractor trailer recent experience within the last year.

TRUCK/EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Tractor must meet DOT, Level 1 inspection and Service Transport inspection
Tractor must be 21,500 lbs. maximum with fuel, driver(s), and equipment included
Fifth Wheel must be between 50 to 52 inches in height
Tractor must be less than 13 feet in height, including exhaust stack(s)
Trucks older than 7 years require management approval
2 or 3 inch cast iron Pump (no aluminum)
Must be PTO driven or Hydraulic driven
Air Compressor System for unloading
Intransit heat
